Part-time subject matter expert (SME) to support NVE's pursuit of re-competition for U.S. Department of State (DOS) facility operation and maintenance (O&M) in District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV). Candidate must have knowledge of existing contract performed by Tatitlek, or previous incumbent contractors: Crockett or EMCOR.
SME to serve as part-time consultant and assist in defining:
Staffing required at different State Department buildings to perform facility O&M.Existing subcontractors supporting prime contractor.Issues confronted in performing existing work.Other companies likely to bid on work.State Department hot buttons/concerns.Potential key persons to have names included in proposal.
SME reports directly to the NVE capture manager responsible for new business development.
