Provide general overall Facilities Coordinator services including continuous monitoring of the safety, comfort, and functionality of multiple facilities. Handle routine facility management operations including working with JLL Engineers, landlords and contractors to complete assigned tasks and other duties as assigned. Manage the data in the CMMS to include the work orders, customers, financial, assets, service pros, users and reports.

Area of Responsibility:Provide general overall FM service to the South Portfolio of properties utilizing JLL Engineers and 3rd party contractors.Perform day-to-day oversight of the CMMS work orders, from original request to final invoiceValidate the information in the CMMS databaseAssists with the onboarding of 3rd party contractorsAssist with the collection of data for client meetingsUtilize SharePoint to create and update initiative trackersResolves problems associated with landlord responsible issuesFinancial experience to include processing of invoices, assisting with budgetary requests, analysis, and reportingProvide general overall FM service to the South Portfolio of properties utilizing JLL Engineers and 3rd party contractors.Provide escorts for contractors, visitors and leadershipParticipate as a key team member in responses to emergency situationsProvide direction/information to our client, facilities staff, service providers and Landlords as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of workQualifications

Education/training

Associates degree in facilities management, business, or another related field5+ years' experience with facilities management or property managementProfessional designation in facilities/property management preferred

Skills and knowledge

CMMS experience is requiredProficient in MS Office, specifically in Excel and SharePointExcellent communication skills both written and verbalCommunication skills to include interface with client, contractors, landlords, fellow employees, and visitorsSuperior customer service skillsAbility to always maintain professionalism under stressful situationsAbility to plan and manage work under time constraintsAbility to multitask and work without direct supervisionAbility to find solutions to enhance current processesStrong organizational and time management skills

Physical work requirements

Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbsAbility to spend much of the day on his/her feet
