Overview
The Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking a bright and highly motivated paralegal with a minimum of three (3) years of experience handling civil defense litigation matters. The primary duties of this position include assisting with the preparation, filing and service of pleadings, organizing and managing documents, medical record requests, reviewing and production of documents and responding to discovery requests. Candidate must be familiar with GA Court Rules and Procedures.

Job Specifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate. A certificate may be required based on region, state, or client requirements.At least three (3) years of litigation work experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)Strong Excel skills requiredStrong organizational, written & verbal communication skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilitiesAbility to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hoursThis position has an annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours
