Job Summary:

The Senior NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting our NetSuite platform, with a focus on the rapid implementation of new modules. This role requires deep expertise in all NetSuite modules, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing management of our NetSuite environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:None.Duties/Responsibilities:NetSuite Administration:

Manage and maintain the NetSuite platform, including configuration, customization, and user management.Perform regular system audits, ensure data integrity, and conduct routine maintenance tasks.Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite issues promptly and efficiently.Develop processes in NetSuite that align with business requirements including process improvements and standardization.

Module Implementation:

Assist with the rapid implementation and integration of new NetSuite modules, ensuring they align with business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.Provide training and support to users on newly implemented modules.

Module Expertise:

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all NetSuite modules, including Financials, CRM, Inventory, Case Management, Procurement and how our internal integrations interact with NetSuite.Ensure the integration and optimization of various modules to support seamless business operations.Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on module functionality and best practices.

Data Management and Reporting:

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all NetSuite modules.Develop and maintain simple-to-complex custom reports, saved searches, and dashboards to support business decision-making.Implement and manage data migration and data integration projects.

User Support and Training:

Provide Tier 2/3 support for NetSuite users, addressing complex issues and questions.Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to ensure effective system usage.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing among NetSuite users.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance system efficiency.Lead or participate in projects to implement new features and functionalities.

Compliance and Security:

Ensure NetSuite compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Manage user roles and permissions to maintain system security and data confidentiality.Monitor and apply NetSuite updates and patches to ensure system reliability and security.Manage new NetSuite Releases including UAT.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and financial operations including EDI integrations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite administration with a focus on multiple modules.NetSuite certification(s) preferred.Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

This position is on-site and based at BOX Partners corporate office in Elgin IL.
