The Human Relations Supervisor II will be responsible for overseeing all elements of Corporate Compliance, Risk Management, and HR frontline personnel matters for all ASCI offices inclusive of:

Ensuring personnel compliance of federal, state, and child welfare regulations and standards,Supervising compliance policies, reporting, and practices for Pennsylvania and New Hampshire offices,Implementing risk-based testing by identifying, detecting, and correcting noncompliance through testing of existing procedures and controls,Updating compliance processes when regulations are amended, or new ones are introduced.RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific examples of position tasks and responsibilities include the following:

Prepare new employee files utilizing DPW and DHHS state regulationsFacilitate timely completion of I9 verification for all new hires within 72 hoursCollaborate with the Recruitment team to ensure all new hire files are in compliance with state regulations within seven days of startingEnsure completion of proper departmental filing for all personnel files and documents on an ongoing basisEnsure ongoing maintenance and compliance of personnel files to be "audit-ready" at all timesAssist with processing and monitoring state (PA and NH) background checks for all staff inclusive of state motor vehicle clearances for NH and PA, PA Acts 33 (child abuse), 34 (state criminal record), and 114 (FBI criminal background) clearances, and NH Central Registry, BEAS, and state criminal clearancesFacilitate personnel file review preparation for county, state, and fiscal auditsFacilitate the Worker's Compensation process for workplace incidentsMaintain and track incident reports and Worker's Compensation claims for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and assess data for risk factors with the Workplace Safety CommitteeMonitor track all-staff evaluations for new hires and tenured staff utilizing the HRIS systemExecute and facilitate the annual performance evaluation period for all staff monitoring successful completion and filingMonitor and track motor vehicle compliance documents for all direct staff to send notices for those approaching expiration and/or out-of-complianceFacilitate the agency Vehicle Fleet Request and approval processMonitor and track monthly Compliance PBC Goals and outcomesAudit a minimum of 5 files weeklyUpdate all ASCI offices with federal and state compliance posters (when applicable changes are made)Update PA offices with Civil Rights Compliance (CRC) Certificates of Compliance (upon re-certification on an annual basis)Assist with completion of the annual EE0-1 reportMonitor the implementation of the agency Risk Management Plan and updating the Risk Manual when changes are madeCo-facilitate the Workplace Safety Committee meetings with the Benefits Supervisor and provide the necessary oversight to ensure action items from the meeting are completed timelyOversee and facilitate frontline personnel and discipline matters when applicableField mid-level personnel inquiries and discipline matters to HR Managing Director and CHRO when appropriateProvide direct supervision to the HR Compliance Assistant

ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BASED ON DEPARTMENTAL/ORGANIZATIONAL NEED

REQUIREMENTS

* Local travel may be required

* Registered and insured vehicle

* Certificate of Insurance for vehicle

* Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License

* Current Act 33 and Police Clearances and FBI Fingerprint check

* Available to work flexible schedule, including some evenings
