Job Description:
Genesis of Milford is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service BDR/Loaner Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing the loaner fleet, and following up with customers after their service appointments.
Responsibilities: Schedule service appointments efficiently and effectively. Manage and coordinate the loaner vehicle fleet. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicles and service appointments. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer systems and software. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Benefits:
