We are currently seeking Temporary Food and Beverage Management professionals to join the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise to one of Hawaii's most iconic resorts.
Ideal candidates will require a minimum of 6 months management experience in food and beverage operations, a hands-on approach to management, a flexible mindset, availability to commence work in the next 1-2 weeks and availability for 30-60 days.
Pro-rated annual salary of $75,000 paid bi-weeklyTravel and accommodation fully covered and complimentary on-duty meals****

What will I be doing?
As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of all hotel food and beverage outlets (restaurants, lounges, room service, coffee shop, etc.) in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs.Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standardsHelps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules, and evaluates staff.
