is currently recruiting an experienced HR professional for the new role of

Benefits Administrator.

PURPOSE/BELIEF STATEMENT:

The Benefits Administrator is responsible for the planning and administration of our employee benefit programs. They will work closely with our human resources and payroll departments to coordinate the daily processing of benefits. They will also be responsible for researching benefit plans, negotiating with vendors, communicating with employees, and resolving any benefit-related issues.The benefits administrator should have strong organizational skills and stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and market trends. They should also have strong interpersonal skills, be able to maintain meticulous records, and collaborate with other departments and external service providers.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSA degree in Human Resource Management of a related field is required.Must have a minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources including benefits administration.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Must be knowledgeable of benefit and compensation practices.Must possess the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.Must possess strong interpersonal skills.Capability to handle multiple tasks/projects and prioritize as needed.Excellent organizational skills and prior work/life experiences.A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer usage in general.Must possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
