The Position
The Project Manager is primary responsible for coordinating, assigning and managing the team to successfully follow the scope of work for one or more projects at a time.
Job Duties
Report to the General Manager
Responsible for managing multiple team members on a job
Responsible for overall management of one or more projects
Evaluate and execute the scope of work
Responsible for notifying General Manager when there is risk of project not meeting schedule
Prepares schedule for projects
Arrange for permits as needed
Work with crew members to resolve problems as discovered
Create and maintain jobsite inventories
If a responsibility or task needs to be completed, fill-in as needed depending on priority
Preferred Skills, Experience & Requirements
Good communicator
Organize, plan and prioritize work
Knowledgeable of Local, State and Federal code application and how to determine code requirements
Knowledge of Industry policies and procedures
Ability to set goals and monitor them
Excellent problem solving capabilities
Conduct themselves in a professional manner
Minimum of 3 years of experience and knowledge in water, flood, fire, smoke, and mold remediation
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
