Director of Cancer Center Operations Position Summary

The Director of Cancer Center Operations coordinates day-to-day operations, including but not limited to: Intradepartmental concern, quality, and patient concerns. The Director is a member of the Cancer Center management team and partners and works collaboratively with the Executive Director of Cancer Services to achieve departmental, organizational, and system-wide strategic goals. This position is responsible for the operational functions and management of the Oncology services/offices within Richard A. Henson Cancer Center and the Allen Cancer center. The Director of the Cancer Center Operations is responsible for clinical nursing practice and patient care delivery, including patient satisfaction. This position is also responsible for management of human, fiscal, and other resources, development of personnel, and compliance with regulatory and professional standards.Oversight of all oncology services/offices within Richard A. Education

Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MS or MSN) required.Lean certification or skill set preferred.Experience Required

Minimum of two (2) years of operational experience, preferably in oncology is required.Managerial experience with performance improvement and quality outcomes is preferred.Director of Cancer Center Operations Benefits
