What you will do:

This position is responsible for onsite commissioning and in office support of Micro based controls systems for Industrial Refrigeration. Specific duties include: 

  • Travels to job sites for commissioning.
  • Provide training to customers on control systems.
  • Handles support calls for micro based industrial refrigeration control systems while in the office.
  • Supporting Software Engineers as needed

  • Basic Electrical knowledge
  • Basic Refrigeration knowledge
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to travel. Percentage 90%
  • Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite required
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and passport with no restrictions to international travel or entry into foreign countries.
  • Position may be required to perform work on weekends and evenings as needed to meet applicable deadlines.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Be able to lift 50lb, climb ladders.
  • Basic programing experience
  • Familiarity with reading schematics and P&ID’s
  • A related degree from a Technical College or trade school
  • Experience in electrical troubleshooting
  • Customer service experience via phone support

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $37.16 hr. to $51.15 hr. (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
