at AAH, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories, where we are empowered to be our best selves.Where great benefits lead to a life fulfilled.Competitive PayCredit Union MembershipTuition ReimbursementProfessional Counseling & Family SupportGrowth and Development Opportunities*Benefit Eligibility will vary by positionSite Specific PerksForbes Five-Star Rated & AAA Five-Diamond Luxury ResortComplimentary uniform dry cleaningQuarterly luncheon celebrations and awardsDiscounts to onsite food outletsDiscounted theme park tickets and rental carsCommunity service opportunitiesAs a Guest Services Ambassador, a typical day will include:Greeting and engaging resort guests to enhance the service experience through activation of all outlet services within the lobby area (e.g., Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center, Lounge, etc.).Responding to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by arranging or identifying appropriate providers.Informing guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.Gathering, summarizing, and providing local area knowledge to inform guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and local activities.Contacting appropriate individuals or departments (e.g., Bellstand, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Server) as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.Guest Experience and Company StandardsWelcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.Contribute to team goals.Always follow company policies and safety procedures.Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.Lift/Carry/Push/Pull items that weigh up to 10lbs without assistance.The position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.Marriott Vacations Worldwide is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
