You Will:Collaborate with a cross-functional development team of product managers, engineers, and designers on multiple projects.Learn from streamers and viewers about the ways they use our services and their desires to accomplish more.Think creatively about how to solve problems that will sustain streamers’ communities.Give back to the design community at Twitch by using and improving existing patterns and approaches.Combine qualitative and quantitative information to develop hypotheses about customer motivations and use that to improve your designs.

About the team:Our Shared Spaces and User Experience Team ensures that Twitch looks and feels unified across our full spectrum of products and projects. We curate and create Core UI, assess accessibility, and vivaciously voice video, visuals, and messaging — but that’s just scratching the surface. Our goal is to involve the entire org in contributing to Twitch design and aiding our efforts.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS or BFA in Information Design, Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Architecture, or a related design or behavioral discipline.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a design team working on customer software products.- Experience with Figma.- Experience working on multiple projects of various complexity at the same time.- Familiarity with Twitch, either as a viewer or creator (or both!).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $184,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
