Physical Therapist responsibilities include therapy screens, evaluations, daily treatment sessions and discharge/discharge programs. Physical demands of the position require good physical and mental health status as the position requires walking/standing most of the day, lifting, transferring, and pushing residents and equipment. Daily documentation is done electronically via Optima Healthcare Solutions (formally Rehab Optima) with a minimum weekly productivity of 85%. This position requires a master's or doctorate of Physical Therapy, State License for the state in which services are being provided and CPR. Employee must be dependable and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the residents served.
