Senior Director of Sales and Account Management

We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do. The Senior Director of Sales and Account Management works side-by-side with Vice President of Sales & Account Management and Amplifon Hearing Health Care leadership to provide leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to the organization’s sales and account management functions. The Senior Director of Sales and Account Management shares accountability for overall sales organization performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization goals, and for aligning sales objectives with firm business strategy.Key AreaLeads management of team’s accountability relative to adherence of agreed-upon processes and expectations.Acts as senior liaison between sales team and key accounts.Works closely with leaders in Operations to help drive and lead key sales improvement projects.Qualifications in this role include, but are not limited to:Bachelor’s Degree10+ years in health insurance sales and account managementExperience working with well-established and seasoned sales and account managersProven track record of not just building a strategy, but being hands on in implementing a strategy – effectively working across multiple functionsProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office toolsPreferred Experience and Skills:Experience in a senior director or executive role in the health and insurance industryGreat understanding of business functions (Sales, Account Management, and Sales Operations)Demonstrable ability and proven track record in strategy-building and implementationWorking knowledge of data analysis and performance metricsExcellent organizational and leadership skillsBenefits OfferedMedical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match, generous vacation, safe and sick leave, paid holidays, in addition to other benefits.Flexible work arrangements to help support your work/life balance.Paid time off dedicated to volunteering and giving back to the communities where we live and work.Expand your experience by taking advantage of our global mobility opportunities.About UsAmplifon, parent company to Miracle-Ear and Amplifon Hearing Healthcare, is the global leader in the Hearing Care Retail market.
