These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time.Position Overview:The Head of Direct Retail Sales oversees the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Ford Integrated Services high velocity call center team. This role involves managing our partner direct sales teams while aligning with Ford Integrated Services business units to plan and deploy individual or combined sales campaigns. The Head of Direct Retail Sales is accountable for setting the strategy, establishing goals, motivating the team, and developing staff across all levels to build a repeatable, predictable, and scalable model to help hit product portfolio sale targets throughout North America.Key Responsibilities:Design, plan, and build an inside sales team and processes (BDR/AE) based on industry best practices that will onboard pilot customers and exceed revenue expectations.Build an inside sales culture that fosters a team-based atmosphere while focusing on executing against objectives in an efficient sales cadence.Coach the inside sales team to effectively penetrate green and white space accounts not covered by existing field sales teams.Identify and implement processes and technology solutions that improve the sales process and customer journey while increasing conversion rates and lowering cost of acquisition.Develop and report on key sales metrics weekly/monthly including MQL to SQL conversion, sales velocity, self-prospecting, closed won and lost sales, and revenue/unit attainment by reporting period.Work with marketing and data teams to improve lead quality and qualification process through systemic approaches.Collaborate with sales leadership, finance, and sales operations to implement target and commission structures that drive quota exceeding results.Ensure a world-class customer onboarding experience while focusing on continual churn reduction.Contribute to the Ford Pro Intelligence sales leadership team regarding strategic planning, shared best practices, and process/product development.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.5+ years previous experience as an overachieving individual contributor that surpassed quota in a high velocity sales environment.Extensive knowledge in deploying and utilizing sales tools such as Sales Loft, GongIO, or Salesforce equivalents.Minimum 5-7 years of SAAS sales management experience with a focus on fleet or automotive.Experience working in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment.Proven experience building and scaling inside sales teams that beat revenue targets quarter after quarter.Preferred Qualifications:Exceptional oral and written skills towards both internal and external stakeholders.Post Secondary degree in business or related field.Strong leadership and relationship management experience.If you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!Benefits:Immediate medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.Flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, and subsidized back-up child care.Vehicle discount program for employees and family members.Tuition assistance.Paid time off for individual and team community service.A generous schedule of paid holidays.This position is a leadership level 5.Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
