RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help manage all aspects of the pre-owned sales department
Vehicle pricing
Manage all aspects of vehicle reconditioning
Manage the used car inventory and process lease returns
Inventory Marketing – direct, digital, etc.
Desk deals, track gross logs, and ensure all paperwork is compliant timely and up to Pepe standards
Train, develop, and motivate a professional sales force
Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
Ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with the entire purchase experience
REQUIREMENTS:
Pre-Owned management experience required
Used car buying/appraising experience required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Understanding of inventory control
Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, ADP/CDK, CRM, ACV, V-Auto)
Strong work ethic and leadership skills
Be results-driven, highly energized, and self-motivated
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
