What You’ll Do and Impact:

As a Welding Product Specialist, you'll serve as an expert in your field, assisting our teams in WA, OR, MT, ID, WY, UT, CO, and AZ to achieve welding process excellence. Your deep knowledge of our comprehensive welding portfolio, encompassing welding equipment and consumables, will play a vital role in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities. You'll excel in presenting solutions that deliver genuine value to our customers through documented improvements. Whether leading or providing support, you'll play a pivotal part in both safeguarding and expanding our presence in regional accounts.

Responsibilities:

Drive automation growth by collaborating with integration partners and internal teams.

Support emerging technologies in advanced processes, including waveform development and communication protocols.

Transform sales in torch, power supply, and robotic projects with technical expertise.

Provide expertise across welding automation markets, including robotics, advanced welding processes, and troubleshooting.

Manage project scopes and timelines to align with business goals.

Enhance customer experiences through welding expertise.

Collaborate with the sales team on strategic account planning to secure end-user business.

Partner with divisional resources to share insights on competition, innovation, and customer needs.

Develop impactful presentations and product demos to showcase solution value.

Maintain clear communication with sales, distributors, end-users, and divisions.

Provide training and support to end-users and distribution partners.

Manage your territory efficiently by focusing on key accounts and activities using an 80/20 approach.
