In this dynamic role, you will engage in the design, optimization, and calibration of servo loops, as well as actuator and spindle-motor control. Your work will directly impact the performance and efficiency of our products through innovative servo firmware solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust servo loop systems for hard disk drives. ️

Develop comprehensive firmware development plans and maintain strict schedules to ensure timely deliverables.

Drive continuous improvements by leading process, team, and program changes.

Collaborate on product development projects, focusing on servo loop design, integration, and comprehensive drive-level failure analysis.

Work autonomously and in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including ASIC, Mechanical, Channel FW, and CTLR FW groups.
