What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including functional analysis, coding, testing, and deploymentProvide guidance on application architecture, design, and development best practices to the development teamCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with organizational goalsDevelop custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrate with other systemsDesign scalable and efficient solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be substitutedMinimum of 7 years of Salesforce application development experience, including both code-based and declarative techniquesAt least 2 years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle best practicesStrong knowledge of Lightning Framework, Apex, JavaScript, and web development best practicesProven ability to collaborate efficiently with business and technical teams
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Salesforce Developer Advanced CertificationExtensive custom development experience with Apex, OmniScript, and FlowsExperience with integration technologies such as MuleSoft or WS02Familiarity with Scrum/Agile development environmentsPrevious experience in healthcare-related fields or non-profit environments
