Job Description
The Broadband Plasma Division (BBP) provides market-leading patterned wafer optical inspection systems for innovative IC manufacturing. Logic, foundry, and memory customers depend on BBP products to detect yield-critical defects for process debug and excursion monitoring at advanced process nodes.
You will be a key member of our highly integrated multi-disciplinary team of software, systems, applications and algorithm engineers.
Manage development of software solutions for various wafer inspection systems and product offerings.
Work with various multi-functional engineering and business teams; and with customers to document product requirements, to integrate features, and to validate our differentiated solutions.
Plan and manage breakthroughs, feature interdependencies, project schedule, and overall quality of our product work you're doing.
Assess, evaluate risks, and implement project work you're doing with urgency required to deliver business value.
Communicate and work effectively with teams located globally, including marketing, engineering, manufacturing, service, field teams, and customers; to resolve product issues and support/enable revenue and profit realizations.
Demonstrate business insight with clear understanding of value proposition, feature capabilities, and how our solutions win in marketplace.
Drive taskforces, hold effective technical discussions with engineers, and have appreciation for key design decisions and underlying software architectures and frameworks.
Actively contribute to integrate Software and Hardware solutions that meet product and engineering specifications and requirements.
Lead, encourage, empower, and influence team members to achieve excellence in quality, reliability, usability, and capability.
Address conflicts and remove impediments/obstacles for the team to focus on improvement activities.
Qualifications:
Must be a great player with strong leadership, critical thinking, effective communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong Technical Capability and Risk Management with deep understanding of business goals.
Experience with New Product Introduction or Product Development Experience from inception to delivery.
Experience articulating the progress and impact through relevant key performance indicators.
Experience and Familiarity with Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall development methodologies.
Ability to work well with various customers and influence teams without direct authority.
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years.
