USD 150,000 - 200,000Job Title : Sr Director, Head of Technology - MultifamilyJob Description Summary : The Head of Technology - Multifamily is a full-service technology resource for Asset Services Multifamily initiatives. The focus of this position is to lead a product management team and provide leadership for the strategy, definition, roadmap, and go-to-market approach for C&W’s Multifamily business line. This position is expected to manage the business and technology relationship at a strategic level and communicate direction to the Multifamily Technology team. Must be able to communicate and collaborate across other service lines, technology teams, delivery and support teams, and clients.New Idea Intake / Solutioning

Stakeholder Engagement

– partner with key service line stakeholders to review backlog of new ideas and enhancements to prioritize.Solution Design

– design the overall solution considering data standards and reports.Backlog Management

– own the backlog and usher each item through the review phases.Software Vendor Selection

– own the vendor selection process including buy/build/partner decisions.Funding

– complete a one-page business plan and establish a detailed cost estimate and ROI model.Contracting / Legal / Commercial

– organize and lead internal partners through agreement on commercial terms & conditions.Product Roadmap

– own the formal communications of the product roadmap.Existing Product Governance

Vendor / Partner Management

– own the ongoing relationship with the vendor.Marketing (internal & external)

– serve as the evangelist for the Technology platform.Ideation / Thought Leadership

– lead teams in thought in an evolving portfolio of ideas.Client Pitch

– support client-based pursuits and advise on solutioning.Client Consulting

– support existing client solutioning.PRIMARY DUTIES : This position has matrixed responsibility through portfolio, projects, and client delivery teams, mentoring developing BA and Delivery Manager resources.15%

Education and Previous Experience:Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Industry Designation7+ years of relevant product management experience5+ years of IT work experience5+ years of experience supporting application systemsOr similar combination of education and experienceMultifamily Real Estate Experience a plusProven experience with business and technical requirements analysisAbility to multi-task and adapt quickly to changeSolid business judgment, collaboration, and critical thinking skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal & presentation skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills with technical and non-technical clientsMicrosoft Office 365, including Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
