As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software products, working with a variety of technologies and programming languages.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional software experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass:Design and implementation of innovative features.Fine-tuning and sustaining existing code for optimal performance.Guaranteeing top-notch quality through rigorous testing and debugging.Collaboration with fellow developers, designers, and product managers.The role requires good levels of personal organization and the ability to work well within a distributed global team in a fast-paced and exciting environment. You will be office-based, working with senior software engineers who will help you integrate into the team. You will be joining a development squad following Design Thinking and Agile principles where you are expected to collaboratively develop creative solutions.Required Technical and Professional Expertise4+ years of experience in infrastructure, architecture, engineering, and operations.Experience working with Kubernetes and RedHat OpenShift.Experienced in Cloud Native Architecture including Observability tooling and Security.Experienced in Cloud networking, VPNs, firewalls.Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as GoLANG, Node, Java, and REST APIs.Deep understanding and demonstrable application of Agile best practices.Demonstrable hands-on expertise in cloud technologies.Team mindset: Willingness to collaborate and iterate.Growth mindset: Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseSecurity experience with Security related tools: Vulnerability scanners and reporting, IAM, SIEM, Inventory management.About IBMIBM's greatest invention is the IBMer.
