Stockton is home to several well-known institutions of higher learning, including the University of the Pacific and California State University Stanislaus-Stockton.ResponsibilitiesPatient Assessment and Diagnosis:Conduct comprehensive health assessments.Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.Order and interpret diagnostic tests.Treatment Planning and Management:Develop and implement patient care plans.Prescribe medications and therapies.Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.Collaboration and Consultation:Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.Coordinate patient care across various settings.QualificationsA valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of CaliforniaNationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)Completion of state mandated educational courses
