Primary Care Physician

We are hiring for a Primary Care Physician in Syracuse.In collaboration with the agency Medical Director, the Physician will function as a member of the Integrated Health Care Team in assisting with a full range of medical services. These services are provided within a team-based approach that is a patient care-centered framework to patients of all ages.Qualifications:Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO).Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency.Current D.E.A certificate.Current board certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine (AOBFM).Must have eligibility for full and unconditional participation in the Medicaid and Medicare programs.Ability to relate to culturally diverse patients and communities.Must possess a valid New York State driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation.Salary range: $225,000 to $300,000.Join our team.
