Seeking BE/BC Interventional Cardiologist to join the strongest Cardiovascular program in the region, ranking in the top 10% nationally for patient safety for heart attack, interventional coronary, and vascular care.
Opportunity Details:
Opportunity to join an established Interventional Cardiologist and 6 NP'sSome General Cardiology call required, but is shared with 8 other CardiologistsClinic hours are Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pmClinic is located within the Doctor's building attached to the Medical Center for easy access to Cath Lab, ICU, etc.State-of-the-art Cath Lab with 3 reading roomsRobust Cardiac rehab program with pulmonary function component56 total ICU beds with a 14-bed CVICU/progressive care unitHospital employed positionNo structural available in this roleAccess to 2 Endovascular and open heart suitesdaVinci robotic surgical system availableCall shared equally among teamClinic is located on hospital campus for easy access to ED, surgical suite, and hospital24/7 Cardiology, Critical Care, and Interventional Radiology support servicesDedicated APP's assist in OR, perform vein harvesting, facilitate hospital rounds, and see patients post-op in the clinicFacility offering TAVR, EP Cardiology, and Watchman proceduresOR with access to 2 endovascular suites and open heart suitesCardiothoracic APP's assist in OR, perform vein harvesting, facilitate rounds, and see patients in post-op clinicExceptional referral-base with strong Primary Care and Cardiology sourcesRobust IM Hospitalist service provides medical consult support for non-surgical illnesses
