In this critical role, you will play a key part in shaping our financial strategy and driving sustainable growth initiatives, including capital raising efforts and IPO readiness. Your leadership will significantly influence the financial trajectory of our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a holistic financial strategy that aligns with and supports the company's growth ambitions.Spearhead capital raising and investment management initiatives to ensure the organization's financial vitality.Oversee the comprehensive preparation for a potential Initial Public Offering (IPO), addressing regulatory compliance and market strategy.Collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify and implement growth strategies, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate development opportunities.Direct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting processes to facilitate strategic decision-making across the organization.Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative culture that drives excellence.Engage effectively with investors, board members, and other critical stakeholders to communicate financial status and strategic direction.Required SkillsProven expertise in strategic financial planning, capital raising, and IPO processes.Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team management and development.Exceptional analytical skills complemented by proficient decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.Qualifications10-15 years of experience in finance strategy within the medical device industry.Demonstrated success in leading financial strategies and initiatives that drive organizational growth.A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred.Career Growth OpportunitiesThis role presents a unique opportunity for professional advancement, allowing you to influence the company's strategic direction and make meaningful contributions to its growth trajectory.
