We are one of the largest medical groups in the nation with over 9,000 physicians, 22 medical centers, numerous clinics throughout Northern California, and a 75-year tradition of providing quality medical care.PEDIATRIC ENDOCRINOLOGY PHYSICIAN OPPORTUNITIESThe Department of Pediatric Specialties at the Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center in Northern California is seeking a part-time pediatric endocrinologist to join our team. Applicants must be board certified or board eligible in pediatric endocrinology and able to obtain a license in California.Responsibilities for this clinical position include care for pediatric endocrinology patients in both the inpatient and outpatient setting starting as early as Spring of 2025. Our Oakland Medical Center serves as a Regional Tertiary care center and includes a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a Pediatric Ward, and a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit staffed 24/7 by Pediatric Hospitalists and Pediatric Critical Care/Intensivists. The Oakland Medical Center also includes a robust pediatric subspecialty department with pediatric specialists and support staff for Cardiology, Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Hematology & Oncology, Infectious Diseases, Nephrology, Neurology, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Child Abuse, Genetics, PM&R as well as Pediatric Surgical Specialties. Other members of our pediatric endocrinology teams include nurse case managers, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists, pediatric dieticians, and social workers. All physicians equally share inpatient duties and provide care at our Oakland outpatient clinic and one of our satellite clinics located in Hayward, Walnut Creek, Vallejo, Santa Rosa, and San Francisco.A FEW REASONS TO CONSIDER A PRACTICE WITH TPMG:Work-life balance
