The DX Services Lifecycle (SLC) Team in the Adobe Experience Cloud Product Organization is looking for a Program Manager with an excellent balance of people, organization, and technical skills, who is experienced in delivering high quality applications, services and processes. The right candidate will have demonstrated strong leadership in leading diverse teams and projects/programs with multiple stakeholders and working groups to deliver successful outcomes. We are seeking someone who is passionate about getting things done quickly and efficiently.
The candidate will be a critical part of the Experience Cloud organization working with various levels of the Product, Marketing, Engineering, Sales and Field organizations within the Adobe Experience Cloud. The candidate will be expected to perform using DX Service Lifecycle best practices for initiating, planning, and executing critical projects/programs.
What you’ll do:
Lead cross-functional project groups for the purposes of internal programs.Collaborate and contribute to the innovation of the DX SLC Process and expand reference information for efficient onboarding, ongoing training, and project documentation for our Product and Engineering Teams to follow.Gather feedback from teams and contribute to process evolution and scale.Deliver DX SLC milestones on time, budget and within scope.Work with subject matter experts to ensure the right people are involved at the right time to identify, communicate, and mitigate risks with the project/program.Coordinate with departmental or cross-functional teams, working with leaders at various levels of the organization and individual contributors to manage the planning, development, implementation process and monitoring of applications, services and internal processes.Lead efforts to resolve project conflicts and establish appropriate resolution paths.Coordinate cross-functional dependencies.Escalate issues and risks to appropriate stakeholders and create mitigation plans.Oversee project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and change.Use business analytical tools to monitor and provide oversight to existing projects/programs.Manage and report the status for program rollup and management review.Coach Product Managers, Program Managers, Marketing and Engineering Leads on effective processes and best practices around SLC.Utilize team, programs in progress and lessons learned to drive a continuous improvement feedback cycle.Efficiently adapt to change (it happens!).
What you need to succeed:Relevant bachelor’s degree and/or advanced degree in related field or equivalent like program management, technical or marketing.2-6 years of project management experience.Proficient understanding of project management methodologies (agile and waterfall) and real-life application.PMI certification(s) a plus.Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.Attention to detail.Proven ability to understand and articulate complex technologies.Superb organizational skills to coordinate complicated projects.Exceptional team building and team management skills.Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse stakeholders.Motivated, execution-oriented high-performance individual with a strong focus on process.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $102,900 -- $190,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
