Commercial Finance Associate Attorney
to join their
Commercial Finance Group
in
Boston .
Candidate Profile:
JD
from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Bar Admission in Massachusetts, or willingness to become admitted.
1+ years
of meaningful experience in commercial finance, including representing
bank and non-bank lenders and/or borrowers
in transactions involving
acquisition financing ,
working capital facilities ,
asset-based lending , and other types of financing.
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complex commercial finance transactions, including acquisition financing and asset-based lending.
Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Develop and execute strategies for effective representation in finance matters.
