The Compliance Risk Management Analytics and Innovation team leads the way in using new technologies to transform Compliance. This team identifies opportunities to reshape how work gets done in Compliance & Ethics and explores possible solutions through the use of LLMs. The Senior Associate Data Scientist will play a major role in driving the team’s genAI testing journey.Role Description
In this role, you will:Drive innovation in Compliance Testing for various enterprise lines of businesses using LLMsDemonstrate proof of concept for genAI use cases by leveraging LLMs with prompt engineering, RAG, and other techniquesPartner with a cross-functional team of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver a product customers loveLeverage a broad stack of technologies — Python, AWS, Spark, and more — to reveal the insights hidden within huge volumes of numeric and textual dataBuild machine learning models through all phases of development, from design through training, evaluation, validation, and implementationFlex your interpersonal skills to translate the complexity of your work into tangible business goalsThe Ideal Candidate is:

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of experience in data analytics, or currently has, or is in the process of obtaining Master’s Degree plus 1 year of experience in data analytics with an expectation that required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start dateAt least 1 year of experience in open source programming languages for large scale data analysisAt least 1 year of experience with machine learningAt least 1 year of experience with relational databasesPreferred Qualifications:
