We are constantly innovating in the ways we are automating and accelerating the delivery of products and packages which includes building custom hardware and applying robotics, autonomy, supply chain optimization, machine learning, manipulation, image processing, and real-time data processing using distributed systems.The WW Technology Deployment org is seeking a talented and solutions-oriented Technical Product Manager (PM-T) to support the product roadmap for the portfolio of Robotics Deployment Readiness services. You are part of the team responsible for shaping the strategy of key services to ensure focus is maintained for enabling Amazon to deliver on the largest robotics deployment solutions at scale. You will stay customer-focused and will work across disciplines to drive prioritization.Key job responsibilitiesSupport the product roadmap for Deployment Readiness initiatives, services, and programsTrack metrics to quantify the impact of programs on Cost Savings, Deployment Efficiency, and ScalabilityFacilitate collection and analysis of data for quantification of benefits to DeploymentPartner closely with technical leads to assess the business impact of new initiatives and recommend best options to management based on quantified benefits, costs, and operational impactsManage competing priorities across a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring time is focused on the highest value activities and issuesDrive the rhythm of business activities for the Deployment Readiness orgBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Physics, Operations Research, Finance, or equivalentMinimum 5 years of experience with program management, tracking complex schedules, and allocating resourcesExperience working across teams, defining program requirements, and optimizing cross-team processes to improve efficiency and deliveryConfidence operating independently and working with ambiguityAbility to deliver in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on timeIndustry experience devising metrics, tracking goals, and analyzing business impact of programs/initiativesAbility to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule trade-offs, and evaluate new concepts with technical leadsAble to travel throughout North America and Europe up to 25% of the timeAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
