Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:Provide overall program direction and guidance of all contract security personnel.Manage all services.Have exceptional personnel management skills and be experienced in selection, training, counseling, and development of Security Officers.Be well versed in customer service processes and inspire all personnel assigned to this Agreement with a customer service mindset.Be a strong communicator.Successfully execute the requirements of the client.Be an innovator and dedicated to the success of the job.Be highly organized and detail-oriented.Demand safe behavior from the security personnel.Ensure that the security force is trained, qualified, and equipped to perform assigned duties in the manner required by the client.Perform and document random inspections of Security Officers during assigned off-hour shifts.Provide continuous in-service training to ensure all Security Officers have a full working knowledge of their specific assignment and understand the security role in protecting the people, property, and assets of the client.Respond to questions or issues encountered by Security Officers.Provide a continuous twenty-four (24) hour link between GardaWorld and the client's management.Ensure that all contract officers have up-to-date security licenses as required by the District of Columbia, and have current CPR, First Aid, and AED training certification.QUALIFICATIONS
A college degree in business or related field.Minimum 1 year management experience; 3 years preferred.General Qualifications to work in GardaWorld include:Pass an extensive screening process.License Number:
