We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Services II to join our Client Experience - Alternative Investments team. This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office) and can be based out of the following offices: Everett, MA – Lake Mary, FL – Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Build strong, collaborative relationships, both internally and externally with clients.Analyze data and information and apply problem-solving skills.Operate with a sense of urgency while prioritizing effectively.Communicate clearly and concisely, adapting style depending on the audience.Apply a strong controls focus and know when to escalate.Demonstrate strong leadership skills and provide guidance to less experienced team members.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.6+ years within a Client Services role.3+ years of experience in Alternative Investments.
