Associate
to join their
Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources
practice group in
Anchorage, Alaska .
Candidate Profile:
JD
from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Bar Admission in Alaska, or the ability to obtain admission, is required .
2-5 years
of relevant legal experience in
energy, environmental, or natural resources issues .
Judicial clerkship experience and/or demonstrated interest in environmental law is preferred .
Strong legal writing skills with experience in law review/journal or prior clerkship.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel on complex natural resources, environmental, and commercial issues for resource development companies.
Collaborate with a nationwide team of attorneys in the firm’s Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources practice group.
Represent clients in sophisticated legal matters at both the local and national levels.
