IP experience and experience in high techMust be barred and in good standing in the state in which you practiceAdmission to the USPTO preferred but not requiredExcellent analytical skills, writing skills, and academic recordThe ideal candidate should have experience with all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including developing court submissions relevant to infringement and validity, discovery, motions, expert opinions, and trial work. Candidate should have a graduate degree in technology areas, including electrical engineering, computer sciences, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, computer systems engineering or material sciences. Industry work experience in technical areas across the semiconductor, computer, networking, or software industries is desirable. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work as a team member are critical.
