Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Defense

Compensation:
$100,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle personal injury defense litigation cases from inception to trial, operating with minimal supervision.
Manage all aspects of discovery including site inspections, litigation planning, depositions, expert retention, and expert discovery.
Independently appear for court appearances, depositions, and hearings.
Closely collaborate with the legal team to design and execute strategies that align with client and firm goals.
Maintain high standards of legal and professional ethics while aggressively pursuing clients’ defense.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury defense law.
Licensed to practice law in California.
Demonstrated litigation skills, specifically in discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure exceptional client service.
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in leading a legal team or managing significant case portfolios is highly desirable.
History of working with large scale litigation cases.
Advanced certifications or continuous education in litigation or personal injury law.
Proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes in complex personal injury cases.
Experience with technology tools commonly used in law firms for case management and litigation support.
