We are on the lookout for an Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience in corporate and business laws with mergers and acquisitions a must. To qualify, candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years of legal practice. We seek highly motivated professionals demonstrating initiative, excelling in independent work settings, and seamlessly collaborating within a team.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and revising various contracts such as licensing agreements and software agreements.
Internal research and drafting to support internal operations.
Legal research, analysis, and writing; some assistance with litigation.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in corporate and business laws with mergers and acquisitions a must.
JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
Book of Business strongly preferred.
Possess strong legal research and analytic skills.
Excellent drafting/writing skills.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Detailed and flexible: excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills, work with limited supervision.
Highly motivated professional who can take initiative and work independently as well as within a team.
Big Law experience a plus.
Experience using contracts management software.
