POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced and strategic CRM B2B Platform Manager to lead and manage our Salesforce-based CRM system. This key role will drive the development and execution of our B2B CRM strategy, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and eCommerce teams to create synergies across lead generation, lead conversion, and customer engagement. This position will oversee all aspects of our CRM, email marketing, the marketing aspects of our Product Information Management (PIM) software and support our ongoing B2B and D2C eCommerce initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong understanding of Salesforce, CRM best practices, audience segmentation, and communication automation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement the CRM strategy for our B2B platform to drive customer engagement and sales.
Build and manage custom audience segments, ensuring targeted and effective communication.
Set-up, optimize, and manage communication automation processes across Salesforce CRM, email marketing and website tracking and automation.
Email Marketing:
Create and execute effective email marketing campaigns and landing pages aimed at generating leads and driving sales.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Support Team to enhance lead generation and conversions by channel.
Provide insights and data-driven strategies to support sales performance and customer retention.
PIM Management:
Manage the Marketing side of our Product Information Management (PIM) software, ensuring up-to-date and accurate product information for internal teams and customers.
eCommerce Support:
Assist in aligning CRM efforts with B2B and D2C eCommerce strategies, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.
Identify opportunities to create synergies between our CRM platform and eCommerce operations.
Analytics & Reporting:
Provide regular reporting on CRM performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer insights.
Manage website and landing page analytics with CRM integration to track key metrics.
Report on sales revenue generated from CRM and email marketing efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience managing a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce, in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, communication automation, and lead management.
Extensive knowledge of email marketing best practices, including email design, compliance, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and custom communication for different channels.
Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) software and its integration with CRM systems.
Hands on experience with HTML and creating email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced integration features.
Experience working in a collaborative environment with Sales, Marketing, and eCommerce teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
