Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe Senior Copywriter (VSP/PT) develops creative, clear-written material in support of the organization's communications strategies. The Senior Copywriter (VSP/PT) assists with content development for our websites and apps, but also focuses on the overarching content strategy across our products and channels. The content strategy aspect of this role involves compliance work, content policy development, and metric tracking.The Senior Copywriter (VSP/PT) plans, develops, and publishes internal or external communications (e.g., mobile app and website). Develops and maintains the organization's style guide, including editorial standards and policies. The Senior Copywriter (VSP/PT) will craft and implement content plans aligning with product goals, user needs, and business objectives. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-centered content that drives product adoption and customer loyalty.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop content strategies for digital products, considering user personas, product goals and market trends.Conduct content audits and analyze user feedback to inform strategy.Collaborate with Design Lead, Designers, Copywriters and Product Managers to integrate content into product roadmaps.Ensure content aligns with best practices for brand voice and accessibility.Maintain content guidelines and style guides.Content CreationWrite and edit high-quality and engaging customer-facing content that aligns with brand voice, legal and accessibility requirements.Work with designers, developers and product managers to ensure seamless content integration.Maintain existing copy decks and create new copy decks as necessary.Submit and track content through the mandatory Corporate and Legal Review processes.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related field.5 or more years of copywriting experience.Strategic thought leader with the ability to transform business needs into compelling consumer language.Deep understanding and experience in consumer communications.Intellectual writing approach, ability to translate strategy and business needs into appropriate language solutions.Preferred QualificationsAdditional InformationAs part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability.
