Associate Director, Marketing Manager

Position Overview:As a Marketing Manager for S&P Global Ratings, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the global go-to-market plan for relevant personas within your assigned sectors. Reporting to the Head of Global Event Marketing & Marketing, Americas, you will be responsible for both specifically assigned sectors in the Americas, with occasional global specific campaigns, partnering with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and build integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness and demand for S&P Global Ratings content and products.

Collaborate with partners outside the Marketing team, such as Sales and Analytical teams, who bring deep knowledge of credit, finance, and Sustainable Finance markets, enriching your knowledge base.

Job Description:Strategic Partnership

Act as a strategic partner to sales, relationship management, product, market outreach, and analytical teams.Collaborate in the development of annual, integrated marketing plans aligned with the business's growth strategy.Market Understanding

Foster a deep understanding of S&P Global Ratings product suites and the competitive landscape.Create persona-based marketing campaigns to engage and influence market participants: investors, issuers, intermediaries, and more in your assigned sector(s).Campaign Delivery

Plan and execute marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.Utilize thought leadership content to generate awareness and demand for S&P Global Ratings products.Analytics and Reporting

Work with the Database and Metrics lead to create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across platforms.Extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.Customer Insights and Trend Analysis

Analyze customer insights, market trends, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.Increase conversions, generate qualified leads, and enhance the overall customer experience.Communication and Collaboration

Communicate ideas, marketing programs, strategies, and final deliverables to internal stakeholders.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Innovation and Improvement

Seek new ways and marketing tactics to improve key marketing metrics.Manage day-to-day responsibilities, including email distribution, website and social media posting, and maintenance for your assigned sectors part of the Ratings website.Collaboration

Partner with and support other marketing campaigns/activities as needed.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5+ years in a marketing or communications role or similar experience with B2B financial services or capital markets experience.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.Demonstrated ability to utilize market research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the customer experience.Experience with digital and offline media. Experience developing initiatives that move the needle on key perception metrics.Strong ability to manage ambiguity, and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills.Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $72,300 to $143,800. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
