The AVP, Digital Marketing for LOFT will focus on overarching leadership to the digital team and lead the charge in optimizing all digital marketing plans to build the LOFT brand and grow the size and quality of our customer base by driving acquisition, retention, reactivation, traffic, conversion and revenue across online and retail channels.The role is directly accountable for driving performance and the actual buying across the portfolio of digital marketing programs, ensuring efficiency of our marketing spend in the marketplace, and discovering and testing emerging digital channels.Close partnership and collaboration is required with internal and external marketing partners, including Marketing Strategy, Brand and Creative Marketing, Business Intelligence/Consumer Analytics, Site Operations, IT and Merchandising.The impact you can have
Provide leadership, expertise and guidance to the LOFT digital team so they can develop, implement and measure a global, integrated, omni-channel media strategy that is aligned with brand standards, executional requirements and budget.Develop annual and seasonal marketing plans to acquire and inspire customers, amplify LOFT’s brand relevance and meet financial goals and KPIs across all marketing channels: media, performance marketing, email, affiliate and partner programs, social media, etc.Build strong partnerships within Marketing and with the Merchandising, Planning, and Customer Experience teams to help develop communication strategies, gain alignment on priorities and marketing programs and deliver compelling, executable programs.Lead the strategic development of all digital channels, from conception to execution and prioritize & allocate investments according to a thoughtful balance of brand goals and business requirements.Develop and manage customer lifecycle strategy, ensuring a consistent and relevant client experience across all touchpoints.Provide overarching strategic marketing direction on key initiatives including but not limited to Segmentation, CEM, Loyalty and Credit Card.Create digital strategies that drive customer acquisition and engagement to maximize the brands’ market share, while driving brand consistency. Leverage expertise in local search, geo-targeted campaigns, and other local capabilities to support our market strategies. Develop robust attribution and tracking methodology to link specific media channel marketing to in-store, ecommerce and outlet sales.Collaborate with Brand Marketing leadership, Customer Strategy, Creative and IT to design and develop new media/digital experiences that are tailored to the brand, elevate and advance our digital brand presence and positioning, and attain all financial metrics and profitability goals.Leverage consumer insights and analytics to drive client traffic and ensure messages and budgets are distributed across the right channels and audiences to meet sales objectives.Lead and develop a high-performing team: provide inspiration, direction and coaching to achieve consistent, strong results.Provide growth and learning opportunities and real-time feedback and coaching to the individuals on the team.You’ll bring to the role
15+ years of experience including ecommerce/digital and marketing.Ability to articulate clear direction.Comprehensive knowledge of existing digital strategies and tools including but not limited to SEM/SEO, display advertising, re-targeting, affiliate marketing, email marketing and acquisition, and both organic & paid social media.Data driven with knowledge across CRM, modeling and segmentation approaches and resources.Knowledge of paid media marketplace including vendors, tools and analytics as well as content marketing.Deep understanding of social and how best to leverage to drive growth.Demonstrable experience building strong team, vendor and cross functional relationships.Comfortable, polished presentation skills.Highly resourceful and an exceptional problem solver.Nimble, flexible thinker with both strength of conviction and the ability to see an issue from multiple angles and perspectives.Strong understanding of ecommerce design.Strong leadership abilities including a proven ability to lead a proactive team and ensure accountability for results that maximize contribution to business objectives.Ability to develop and manage a budget effectively.Benefits At KnitWell Group
