Seeking a sitter to work full-time or part-time hours - working with multiple familiesWe are an approved respite provider for children with special needs including autism, down syndrome, and cerebral palsy.Pay range:
$17.50 to $18.50 per hour + sibling care bonuses + guaranteed mileage reimbursements ($17.50-$26.50 per hour)We offer:Mileage Reimbursement for each shiftSupport, training, team atmosphere, and engaged leadership. Nanny supplies and tools to increase your professionalism.Legal employment with direct deposit payWe look for:An engaging, creative, child-focused individual who is willing to have fun, play, read, do arts and crafts, and do other activities in families' homes.Fully Vaccinated + Boosted for Covid-19Childcare or nanny experience preferredSpecial needs experience in any capacity is an absolute plus!Childcare references, which can come from paid or unpaid experience.Part-time schedules are 12-30 hours per week between 12pm-8pmFull-time schedules are 30 to 40 hours per week are also available with the pickup of additional backup care shifts.Reliable and insured transportation is required to travel to various family homes.Cell phone with data to accept and record assignments.Additional benefits:Orientation and training, employer-sponsored CPR/First Aid, and California Trustline if needed.App-based tools to manage your availability, scheduling, and job assignments, offering you the ability to maximize earnings.We are eager to grow our team with amazing nannies and sitters.
