Senior Enterprise-level Systems Engineering and Technical Analyst (SETA)KBR is seeking a Senior Enterprise-level Systems Engineering and Technical Analyst (SETA) for an Intelligence Community Space customer. The successful candidate will work across Architecture and Requirements, Analysis, and Digital Engineering teams to perform end-to-end Enterprise Systems Engineering of Space systems across multiple domains. While your duties may fluctuate, you will primarily be responsible for:
Managing Customer’s Request for Change (RFC) and Requirements Configuration Management (CM) processes, understanding and implementing Customer’s enterprise capability architecture and requirements baseline management processes.
Identifying and managing risks, issues, and opportunities (RIO) within projects, developing effective mitigation strategies, and collaborating with partner stakeholders on joint RIO management.
Planning, organizing, and executing enterprise tests, developing comprehensive test strategies, plans, scenarios, and transition plans, ensuring thorough documentation, requirements tracing, and review of all testing activities.
Developing, managing, and maintaining integrated project schedules using MS Project, collaborating with team members and stakeholders to keep schedules up-to-date and aligned with project goals.
Applying expertise in SIGINT and GEOINT capabilities, requirements, systems, architectures, and mission objectives while utilizing systems engineering skills in requirements gathering, architectural design, digital engineering, modeling, analysis, and testing.
Clearance:
Top Secret - SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (STEM preferred).
10+ years’ experience working government Space system acquisitions in DoD or Intelligence Community.
Ability to collaborate across stakeholder organizations.
Strong communication skills to interface with customers, directorate/office representatives, and across system engineering groups.
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s Degree (STEM).
Systems Engineering experience with Model-Based Engineering applications and technology.
OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional certification or demonstrated commensurate level of knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Project; experience with Jira is a plus.
Experience with National Reconnaissance Office RFC, CM, and RIO management.
