Job Description:The Cloud Integration Engineer shall help design and implement cloud/hybrid enterprise-level systems.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Apply subject matter expertise to inform policy creation processScope and plan Amazon Web Services enterprise cloud architecture to include Dynamo DB object database design and integration from multiple object-level Application Programming Interface and reference frameworksDeployment of IC developmental operations and analysis images on USMC Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) instantiationsConfiguration of ESRI enterprise service architectures (NMT 500 users) and geodatabase systems to include ArcGIS enterprise portals and REST interfacesWork with network engineers and intelligence program offices to design a DODAF-compliant cloud hybrid network and data architecture for programmatic integrationFormulate Commercial Cloud Services (C2S) Cloud Architecture and Migration planHelp develop and deploy small-scale enterprise data-as-a-service (DaaS) C2S object database in provided DevOps image based VPC(s) for user test and evaluationIntegrate existing web-based analytical applications with REST service architectures in a limited test and evaluation environment.Identify vulnerabilities resulting from departures from approved procedures and plans
Required Qualifications:Active TS/SCI clearanceCurrent DoD 8570 IAT Level II CertificationAmazon Web Services Cloud certification is requiredFour years SW development experience working with a variety of programming languages (Java, AngularJS, C++, Python, etc.)Four years’ experience working with tech tools and platforms (SQL, Kubernetes, Spark, Hadoop, Scala, Kafka, Redshift)DevOps, Docker, and Linux experienceFour years cloud migration experienceFour years’ experience with DODAF architectures, deliverables, and tools (i.e., Visio)
Education Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in IT-related discipline
