Our beautiful property has over 1,000 guest rooms and suites, nearly 65,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and 40 meeting rooms! We have a premier Back Bay location surrounded by shopping, dining, and entertainment. Provides the director and managers of sales, catering, and events with administrative and clerical support including word-processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictationTaking leads via email and phone and distributing them to the managersBuilding House accounts, inputting rooming lists, and making adjustments as needed to group contracts, proposals, and banquet event ordersPreparing all site visit details to potential clientsPreparing all amenities for VIP clients and groupsAdditional tasks or special projects requested by the managers and directorsWhat are we looking for?
