This role will lead, develop, and execute all employment-related services and functions of the organization. The Vice President, People and Culture will have a deep understanding and background in analyzing and understanding the organizational impact of systemic racism and be committed to mitigating bias through HR practices and initiatives. This role will lead talent and culture development, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations.
