What will I be doing?The Analyst/Clerk will participate in the development and processes of accurate reports and account management. In addition to performance, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the requirements of the company.Perform applicable Accounts Receivable functionsCollaborate with SSCs and service provider, as well as partner with SSC to resolve disputesParticipate in the production of monthly accounts as directedComplete month-end responsibilitiesExecute internal control over revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities of the hotelParticipate in special projects, team training and developmentPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or requiredReports results to others and aids others to understand financial mattersDevelops and maintains constructive and cooperative working relationships with other finance departments and corporate departments they supportCollaborates with manager to establish specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish project/department goalsAttends staff meetings pertinent to work assignmentsResearches and responds to information requests from internal departments and managementAct in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations on property and follow the correct procedures when requiredWhat are we looking for?Previous experience in Accounting in the same or similar role preferredSince being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
