Together, we are building a better world.It's More Than a Job, It's a CareerAs the Senior Manager, Finance for the Mapleton and Hodges Foundries, you will have the opportunity to develop essential business information and analysis as well as provide counsel to management for all business planning, management reporting, legal entity, product costing, decision support, manufacturing footprint & product sourcing strategies. This role must work across highly diverse and global teams to deliver insights to drive the business forward.What You Will Do:Managing monthly financial reporting & analysis for the two facilitiesLeading the development of the two facilities financial forecastsProviding leadership and guidance for product cost reporting & analysis; operational cost reporting & analysis; and capital spend requests and investment analysis including sourcing decisionsEnsuring high integrity financial reporting through maintaining a strong control environmentParticipating in strategy development to drive improved financial and operational performanceDeveloping the best team through coaching, training & development, and career planningWhat You Have:Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldBusiness Acumen:
Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.Finance and Accounting:
Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.Organizational Governance:
Knowledge of the processes, customs, policies, and rules affecting the way the organization is administered and controlled; ability to ensure compliance with governance guidelines and policies.Strategic Thinking:
Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.Leadership:
