Agility Partners is seeking a qualified AI Research Operations Specialist to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with industry-leading AI tools, collaborating with prominent customers to advance research on how AI impacts the workplace. The role involves conducting and supporting randomized controlled trials to study AI’s impact, providing operational support, and working closely with Fortune 500 stakeholders on groundbreaking projects.In this role you will:Develop realistic documents and tasks to simulate information workflows for study participants.Manage Microsoft 365 tenants, including setting permissions, creating tenants, purchasing and assigning licenses, and troubleshooting issues.Translate customer workflows into experiment-relevant simulated tasks and collaborate on A/B testing design.Partner with internal team members to ensure smooth execution of experiments and alignment with project goals.Benefits and Perks

7 years of experience in a related field5 years of experience with Azure, statistical programming (e.g., Python), and advanced Excel skills.Strong experience in Microsoft 365 tenant management and creating simulated tasks based on real workflows.Familiarity with A/B testing or RCT methodologies.Excellent organizational and written communication skills, especially in creating high-quality content.
